What is the 1BestariNet Roadshow?

The 1BestariNet project has made Malaysia the first country in the world to equip all government schools nationwide with equal access to high-speed wireless internet access (Yes 4G) and a world-class learning platform (Frog VLE), bringing the entire education community together on an online platform which enables seamless interaction, collaboration, and access to a wide range of digital learning material. Why should I attend?

How much do I have to pay?

Admission is free for all 1BestariNet Awareness Roadshows. No charges are incurred no matter how many roadshows you to attend. Pre-register for a roadshow today and get your free RM 50 Yes credit!

How do I get my 1BestariNet Yes ID?
​
1BestariNet Yes IDs are distributed to all schools nationwide. Parents, please click Step 1 to retrieve your ID. Teachers or Students, please contact your school’s Frog Admin to get your ID.

What is my 1BestariNet Yes ID? What can I do with it?

Your 1BestariNet Yes ID doubles up as an email address, powered by Google - a powerful email provider that integrates seamlessly with Google Apps.

With Google Apps, everything you need for Word processing and file storage is now 100% web-based, backed up securely for your peace of mind. Everything is saved in the cloud enabling real-time sharing, collaboration and communication on any device, wherever you are, courtesy of our partnership with Google.

Why should I Pre-Register?

Pre-registration to our roadshows will give you free RM 50 Yes credit, and speedy entrance into our roadshow. Once you have Pre-Registered and generated your code/ticket, all you need to do is print it out, allow us to scan your code on location, and you can enter.
Remember that once you pre-register, your ticket will only allow you to enter the event location selected.

Without Pre-Registration, you will have to register on site to generate your code for entrance. You will only be eligible for free RM 20 Yes credit.

How many roadshows can I attend/register for?

You can choose to attend as many roadshows as you like. However, your free RM 50 Yes credit is only redeemable once at a single location. Remember that once you pre-register, your ticket will only allow you to enter the event location selected.

How can I claim my free Yes credit?
​
Pre-register to get your free RM 50 Yes credit. To claim your RM 50’s worth of Yes credit, you will have to attend the roadshow that you have signed-up for, and our friendly team will assist you in redeeming it.

What if I don’t Pre-Register?
​
If you haven’t Pre-Registered, don’t worry. You can always register on site and generate your code at the entrance. However, you will only be eligible for free RM 20 Yes credit.

When will the 1BestariNet Roadshow come to my city?

The 1BestariNet Roadshows will be rolled out throughout the year, nationwide. Click here to see the dates and locations of each roadshow.

What happens if I forgot to print out my ticket?
The ticket will also be emailed to you. You can print your ticket at the roadshow but this is highly discouraged as it may take awhile.

If I can't find my ID? What do I do?

We suggest that you contact your school FrogAdmin to get your ID prior to the Roadshow to avoid queues. However, there will be a Help Desk on site at the Roadshow to help you as well.

If I fail to register online, what do I do?

Don't worry, you can still come to our roadshow and register on the spot.
